The Whistleblower Reporting System of HOMA Pumpenfabrik GmbH
HOMA Pumpenfabrik GmbH believes that fair competition and a commitment to ethical and legal conduct are essential to the long-term success of the company. As part of our ongoing efforts to uphold these values, we support the Whistleblower Protection Act. This law is designed to protect individuals who report certain types of violations of law or regulation.
The Whistleblower Protection Act specifically applies to reports that have criminal or administrative penalty relevance. Special attention is given to reports that serve to protect physical integrity, health, or employee rights.
To facilitate the submission of such reports, HOMA has established a protected, secure and independent reporting channel. Through this reporting system, reports can be submitted anonymously in both English and German.
